As Director of Growth & Change, I support the Food Sourcing, Income Generation, Research and Communications and Big Food Truck functions.

As Head of Corporate Services, I oversee back-office operations, quality and compliance, and governance. I ensure our systems run smoothly, standards are met, and strong governance practices are upheld across the organisation.

Head of Food and Operations

Steve Kincaid

As Head of Food and Operations, I manage the day-to-day running of our warehouse and lead food procurement. I ensure our operations are efficient and that the right food reaches those who need it most.

As Warehouse Coordinator, my duties include weighing in all the surplus food provided by the supermarkets. I also work alongside the volunteers to sort all incoming food. I assemble our partner orders to ensure they have the freshest produce available.
Community Relations Manager

Kim Gill

As Community Relations Manager, I nurture and build relationships with organisations across Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre to enable collaboration of a network to improve the lives of the people we serve.

As Volunteer Manager, I recruit volunteers and am the first point of call for our current volunteers. I ensure that each shift has enough volunteers to complete the tasks needed in the warehouse and on the vans for collections/deliveries.
