Meet the team
As CEO, I am responsible for taking a lead in developing our charity’s strategy and I work closely with our Board and all the members of our team to support us in fulfilling our mission.
As Director of Growth & Change, I support the Food Sourcing, Income Generation, Research and Communications and Big Food Truck functions. I help to bring in pounds and pence, pounds of spuds, positive opportunities for awareness and the way packages of food are shared.
As Head of Corporate Services, I oversee back-office operations, quality and compliance, and governance. I ensure our systems run smoothly, standards are met, and strong governance practices are upheld across the organisation.
As Warehouse Coordinator, my duties include weighing in all the surplus food provided by the supermarkets. I also work alongside the volunteers to sort all incoming food. I assemble our partner orders to ensure they have the freshest produce available.
As Volunteer Manager, I recruit volunteers and am the first point of call for our current volunteers. I ensure that each shift has enough volunteers to complete the tasks needed in the warehouse and on the vans for collections/deliveries.

As The Big Food Truck Coordinator, I oversee the operation of The Big Food Truck service. This includes acting as the representative at our host venues, coordinating our volunteers, packing the food parcels, and collecting our weekly membership fees.
As Communications and Engagement Lead, I am responsible for promoting our services and engaging with potential and current members via social media, printed materials, and research projects.
