As CEO, I am responsible for taking a lead in developing our charity’s strategy and I work closely with our Board and all the members of our team to support us in fulfilling our mission.
As Head of Corporate Services, I oversee back-office operations, quality and compliance, and governance. I ensure our systems run smoothly, standards are met, and strong governance practices are upheld across the organisation.
As Volunteer Manager, I recruit volunteers and am the first point of call for our current volunteers. I ensure that each shift has enough volunteers to complete the tasks needed in the warehouse and on the vans for collections/deliveries.

As Warehouse Manager, my duties include overseeing the day-to-day warehouse activities like coordinating the volunteers, weighing in all the surplus food, assembling our partner orders, driving the forklift, and maintaining health and safety regulations
As Warehouse Coordinator, my duties include weighing in all the surplus food provided by the supermarkets. I also work alongside the volunteers to sort all incoming food. I assemble our partner orders to ensure they have the freshest produce available.
As The Big Food Truck Coordinator, I oversee the operation of The Big Food Truck service. This includes acting as the representative at our host venues, coordinating our volunteers, packing the food parcels, and collecting our weekly membership fees.
I manage Sunday operations to keep warehouse activities running smoothly and ensure food donations are ready for our partner groups and charities. On Mondays, I work alongside Jim to support the team and maintain efficient workflow.
